Job Summary

This position reports to the operations manager. You’ll work as part of the field crew handling junk removal for homes and businesses around Saint Paul, including loading, hauling, light demolition, and driving company trucks. It’s physically demanding work, done outdoors in all weather and all seasons. Hours vary with seasonal demand. We expect flexibility from our crew and offer the same in return. Questions or concerns go straight to the manager/owner, anytime.

Duties and Responsibilities

Pick up junk from homes and businesses, indoors or from outside piles
Light demolition of sheds, decks, hot tubs, swing sets, and similar structures
Dismantle large or bulky items to move them into trucks safely
Keep job sites clean and safe

Skills and Qualifications

Able to lift heavy objects and stay on your feet for long stretches in any weather
Comfortable driving trucks and using tools like sledgehammers, Sawzalls, drills, and hand trucks
Professional, friendly, and strong with customers
Able to estimate jobs on-site and adjust pricing for extra requests
Detail-oriented and good at following instructions
Willing to learn, work efficiently, and put safety first
Not afraid to ask questions when unsure
